Ellen Stern Harris served on the Regional Water Quality Control Board and on the board of directors for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. She is the founder of the Fund for the Environment.

 

Steven Oppenheimer, Ph.D. from John Hopkins University, American Cancer Society postdoctoral Fellowship at University of California at San Diego. Dr. Oppenheimer is currently the professor of biology and director of the Center for Cancer and Developmental Biology at CSUN.

Daniel Okun is a retired professor from the University of North Carolina – environmental engineering. "They are always inventing new chemicals and they end up in the wastewater. We don’t know how to measure them because they are trade secrets." Okun says there are thousands of them.
